For this session we’ll do a deep-dive into the world of breathing - with a specific focus on Self-Worth
Going back to a sense of safety in ourselves, deep calmness, and from there we'll explore what wants to come alive.
What to expect:
We’ll open up the space and go through several exercises to make sure everyone feels connected to themselves and the others in the space.
Then we'll be going on a breathwork journey using the conscious connected breath.
All guided by deep and powerful music as you lie down and drift away.
Afterwards we’ll take our time to deeply integrate, ending this adventurous journey together.
An evening full of music, movement and deep connection.
